M.A ( Master of Arts)

MA or Master of Arts is a postgraduate programme in arts. MA can be pursued by students after completion of their bachelor's degree. It is a two years duration course and can be pursued by candidates who possess a graduation degree. The degree can be pursued as a full-time course, part-time course, correspondence or distance mode. Several programs in RBS allow students to modify the courses as per their preferences. Students are also provided research skills and methods such as research, writing & presentation skills and palaeography to meet their specific research training needs.


Eligibility

Bachelor degree (preferably arts) holders of a minimum 3 or 4-year duration with its equivalent (10+2+3 or 10+2+4). The degree should be from a university that is recognized by the UGC (University Grants Commission) of India. . Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
